Just a good pick for a lightning stop in South Shields with outstanding value. The seafood platter was very tasty and nicely presented. Consider trying the sticky toffee pudding for dessert.

I loved that it was just a few steps to South Marine Park and a breath away from Sandhaven Beach, which made my weekend exploring really enjoyable. plus, the staff were super helpful and the food was lovely in the bar and restaurant.

The Sea Hotel offered a great base for our family trip. Excellent location near the beach and friendly staff enhanced our stay. Had an issue with room temperature, but we enjoyed comfortable beds and tasty meals. Overall a lovely experience!

I stayed here for a night and overall it was decent. The staff were super friendly, especially the barman who was really helpful. The breakfast was top-notch, but the water pressure in my shower was a real pain—kept stopping when the sink tap was on. Plus, found a dirty glass in the bathroom. Not cool.
